Happy Thursday!

I just love this picture of Ian. I took it last Sunday while we were just hanging out, me chasing him as he scooted around the house. He decided to take a break and lay back on the hard floor (I swear we do have a rug, but he seems to prefer the hardwoods) and gnaw on his ball.

Recently...

A couple weeks ago my very bestest friend-who-is-really-more-like-a-sister, Leah, and her daughter, the adorable and hilarious McKenna, came to visit us. McKenna thought baby Ian was "just the cutest little thing" and she had fun playing with him, Cheeto and Adam. It was awesome to see them!! Now if only we could figure out a way to move the state of Maryland (where they live) closer.

In other news, Ian is feeling about 100% better and is back to chasing Cheeto around and pulling his tail. He is babbling a lot more - the other day a little girl at daycare heard him say "lasagna." ;)

He continues to work on sitting up on his own...

Last weekend the weather was super nice- 45 degrees!- so went bundled Ian up and went on a walk. I think he enjoyed it. I have been going a little stir crazy and it was so very good to get outside and not freeze!

Other than that, can't wait for SPRING!! I am excited to go on more stroller walks, go to the park and swing, walk around the lake, hit up the zoo and just sit outside in the sun. I think Ian is excited for his first spring too...he told me so the other day :)
